andhisfatherdesignedalbumartforsuchartistsasNeilYoungandJoniMitchell.
ThefamilyeventuallymovedtoHollywood,whereHudsonattendedjuniorhigh,
receivedhisfirstguitar,andmetfutureGNRdrummerStevenAdler.WithHudson
adoptingthenicknameSlash,giventohimbyafamilyfriend,thetwoformeda
bandcalledRoadCrew;althoughitprovedunsuccessful,itwasthevehiclethrough
whichtheymetandeventuallyjoinedupwiththeothermembersofGunsN'Roses.
